6. Non-Refundable Service Categories

Certain services are strictly non-refundable due to their nature. These include technical consultations, strategy sessions, domain registrations, and any third-party software or cloud infrastructure costs incurred on the client's behalf.

7. Formal Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@webups.store within 7 calendar days of the issue arising. The request must include a detailed explanation of the technical or professional grounds for the refund.

8. Technical Review and Audit Process

Upon receiving a refund request, our senior engineering team will conduct a thorough audit of the project milestones, deliverables, and communication logs to determine the validity of the claim.

9. Pro-Rata Refund Calculations

If a refund is approved, it will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the cost of all labor, resources, and third-party expenses incurred up to the point of the refund request.

10. Duplicate and Erroneous Payments

In the event of a duplicate payment or a clear clerical error in billing, WebUps will issue a full refund of the overpaid amount within 10 business days of the error being verified.

11. Impact of Client-Side Delays

WebUps is not responsible for project delays or failures caused by the client's inability to provide necessary data, feedback, or approvals. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

12. Third-Party Service Disruptions

We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers. Fees paid for these services are subject to the refund policies of the respective third parties.

13. Termination for Convenience

If a client chooses to terminate a project for convenience before completion, no refunds will be issued for work already performed or milestones already initiated.

14. Post-Launch Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day technical warranty post-launch. During this period, we will rectify any development-related bugs at no cost. This warranty period does not entitle the client to a refund of the project fees.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

We encourage clients to resolve any financial concerns through direct professional dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to the governing law of Patna, Bihar.

16. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
